Residents are welcome to attend the Board Meetings and address the board with any concerns they have. However prior to attending a Board Meeting a Resident who so desires must to attend a board meeting must send us a note  via our form to coordinate when they desire to address the Board Members and any concerns or suggestions you wish for the Board to be advised of within our community.

This way the Board can slot a specific time to address your concerns.

Crown Ridge Estates Projects 2010-2011 Completed If by chance you would like to suggest a project please access our form email and send your comments

·         New Gazebo in Park with basketball court

·         Retention Ponds – Cleaned up, Checked for drainage problems; Maintain Entrances. (Part of the landscaping contract)

·         Clean playground equipment. (Part of the Landscape Contract)

·         Remove and replace dead and missing trees, and add additional trees in the basketball court park, Installed bark and cedar chips in Play areas.

·         Moving forward getting Bids for the Purchase and installation of Solar Lamps in the Gazebo Park along the walkways.

·         Have received bids to put down new gravel on all the walking trails throughout the parks.

·         Currently looking at costs for a sign at the entrance when you enter the Crown Ridge community
